Frequently Asked Questions

As with any product that is a little different from what is perceived to be the norm, inevitably questions will arise as to the products suitability for individual needs. We cannot guarantee that we can fulfil everyone’s requirements, but we offer a personal service which we believe is second to none. As our garments are all manufactured in the UK we are able and prepared to amend patterns and move openings etc to try to meet customers’ individual needs, effectively offering a bespoke service. We actively encourage customers to call us to discuss their requirements if our standard offer is not exactly what they are looking for. However with our bespoke service we cannot offer an exchange, so it is important to supply accurate information particularly regarding measurements.
You can with the majority of our standard garments, please ensure the garments are returned unused in the original packaging and in a condition to be re-sold. However we hope our customers understand for hygiene reasons, the Josie and Emma Panties and the Alan Boxer short cannot be exchanged once tried on. Please note if returned garments are not in what we deem to be a saleable condition, we reserve the right to make a charge for the items. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our exchanges and returns policy
All the clothing is fully washable. Certain items do require a little extra care to ensure the fastening continues to work to maximum efficiency. Velcro openings should always be laundered with the Velcro fastened together. This prevents tangling with other washing, and also prevents the tiny hooks getting clogged with fibres from other items in the wash, which will reduce the Velcro’s ability to stick together effectively. Poppered openings should also be laundered with the poppers closed to prevent the poppers being damaged by other items in the wash. These simple steps will prolong the life of the garments.
Please feel free to call us to discuss this possibility. We have made a number of special garments and are happy to do so as long as we feel it is within the scope of the fabric and machinery available. We do have to make a modest additional charge for this service for making patterns and prototypes. Please call us to discuss this on 0116 2460231.
