By placing an order with us and using our website you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions set out below. Product Information
Sizing
As with all clothing, our products include a manufacturing tolerance, therefore sizes and measurements are approximate. Sizes indicated are based on UK sizing with EUR equivalents.
Designs and Colours
Every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible, but due to printing and computer monitor variations, colours can only be used as a guide. If specific information is required, please contact us for fabric swatches. We reserve the right to alter trim and embellishments without notice.
Prices and Carriage charges
Prices are subject to change without notice. If you have any doubts, please contact us for confirmation before sending your order. Prices are subject to VAT: Carriage / Postal charges are also subject to change without notice. Goods are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or cannot be delivered within a reasonable time from placement of your order, you will be offered the option of a full refund or asked if you want to wait until the item becomes available. Discretely Different can accept no liability for any late or non-delivery of goods which arises from events outside our control. Discretely Different will always be able to confirm dispatch dates.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be entirely happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return the goods, please do so within 14 days from receipt, unused and in new condition, and we will either exchange them or refund you. We endeavour to ensure that all garments despatched are free from any manufacturing or material defects. In the event that an item is found to fall below the quality expected a full refund will be given including re-imbursement of customer return postage. In the event of goods being incorrect for size as a result of customers' error, a replacement or refund will be given excluding return postage costs.
Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please carefully re-pack the goods, unused and in the original packaging, with the delivery note and return to us by Royal Mail. We strongly advise that you request Proof of Posting from the Post Office. A full refund will be made on receipt of the item(s). Please note that if returned items are damaged while in your possession, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund. Customers will understand that special order ‘one –off’ purchases cannot be cancelled once the goods are made. Payment is required with order.
General
As we use Velcro on a number of our garments, customers should be aware that this type of closure should be fastened together before the garment is washed. This will prevent the item becoming tangled with other laundry and also prevent the fine hooks of the Velcro closure becoming clogged with fibres from other laundry which will reduce its effectiveness. Garment returns cannot be accepted for incorrect laundering. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Discretely Different. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Discretely Different. The web designer and Discretely Different have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

However, as personal needs and circumstances vary Discretely Different can accept no liability arising from the use of any of our products which are beyond our control. Accordingly it is up to the individual or those caring for them to ensure the product will meet their particular needs in all respects.
