The Inspiration Josie, who inspired this unique front opening panty, was a wheelchair user and also used a hoist to transfer. She needed a brief which still looked feminine and attractive but had the added functionality of opening across the front to facilitate the use of toileting aids (ladies urinal). The unique front opening Josie panty is the outcome of her idea. The Josie Front Opening Panty - Bikini Brief has been designed for those ladies and their carers who are tired of struggling with conventional panties and unhappy with other the choices available.

The Josie Panty has been developed in collaboration with Occupational Therapists and ladies with impaired mobility. This unique panty has been designed to the highest specification with the following features to maximise comfort and dignity for the wearer. Product Features The Josie Panty Bikini Brief features a unique front opening using Velcro Soft and Flexible® hook and velour tape, omitting the need for pulling panties up and down, allowing ease of access, comfort and convenince in wear.

The Bikini Brief is made from 100% Cotton Jersey which is soft and comfortable allowing skin to breath. The panty has soft elastic around the waist and legs ensuring a comfortable fit. The Josie Bikini Brief is also available in sizes from 8 to 18. The Panty has a wide enough gusset to take a light to medium incontinence panty liner if required. Machine washable - just remember to close the Velco Soft and Flexible® front opening before washing
