The Josie Front Opening Panty has been designed for those ladies and their carers who are tired of struggling with conventional knickers and unhappy with other the choices available. The Josie Panty has been developed in collaboration with Occupational Therapists and ladies with impaired mobility. These unique front opening knickers have been designed to the highest specification with the following features to maximise comfort and dignity for the wearer.

The front opening knickers features a unique opening using Velcro Soft and Flexible® hook and velour tape, omitting the need for pulling panties up and down, allowing ease of access, comfort and convenince in wear. The knickers are made from 100% Cotton Jersey which is soft and comfortable allowing skin to breath. The knickers have a soft elastic around the waist and legs ensuring a comfortable fit. The Josie Panty is available in a full brief with sizes from 8 to 28 and a bikini brief with sizes from 8 to 18. The knickers have a wide enough gusset to take a light to medium incontinence panty liner if required. Machine washable - just remember to close the Velco Soft and Flexible® front opening before washing
